Delk and Associates Inc. is a third generation family owned and operated business and was incorporated in 2001. Prior to the incorporation the family owned company has specialized in private real estate development, general contracting, and building materials distribution for the last 40 years all across the country.  The Lexington, KY office was opened shortly after incorporation in 2001 solely to distribute the high quality Vinyl fence products manufactured by CertainTeed.  To take advantage of the world class Equestrian industry in the Bluegrass state we have several of the most prominent horse farms as clients, both present and past.  We found our reputation of high quality professional workmanship catapulted us into the retail and residential market where we are still very active today.  Over the years we have broadened our fence offerings to also include wood, aluminum, and chain link.  We have grown into one of the largest fence, deck, and rail distributors in the U.S. for CertainTeed and have a large dealer base that we service all across the country.

     Our New York office was and is currently the primary office for our Window and Door division. The New York based operation is an integral part of the foreign dealings as we distribute product manufactured in Germany the Ports of New York & New Jersey were very close in proximity.  Our German manufactured products offer a European style to the most discerning of clients.  With a full product line of wood, wood aluminum clad, and PVC Unilux a 60 year old company and the number one window and door manufacturer in Europe. Our commercial end of the window and door market primary consisting of aluminum products we have done new installations as well as renovations to many of the high rises in NYC as well as the other large east coast cities, Boston, Baltimore, Newark, Jersey City etc.. just to name a few.  After several years of building the strong foothold in the New York market we have recently decided to expand our success down to the home office in Kentucky and continue to grow into the rest of the Midwest market.

     Our construction division has literally worked on projects all across the country.  Only in the recent years have we begun to focus on the two markets where we hold offices, Kentucky & New York. As a leading general contractor, we understand the value of strong constant communication between owners, architects, general contractors, and sub-contractors. To maintain constant communication, we have a full staff of office personnel including estimators and project managers, all designated to coordinate with the job superintendents and everyone involved in the building process.

     To further compliment our distribution networks we have added two new very interesting products.  The first addition is a lifetime warranted, virtually maintenance free Vinyl Play Ground system. It is a unique system that offers a strong foundation, and a safe, low maintenance exterior. The system consists of a pre-treated yellow pine inside of a vinyl sleeve, and is splinter free!  The second is European styled ventless fireplace system that is cost effective, safe and even mobile!  These units are ideal for a condominium or a retro into an existing residence with no chimney or flue.
